How can you develop a training program at home, with primary products and at least time?
As a knowledgeable Personal Teacher it often drops to me to provide recommendations to my business customers who take a trip overseas and yet are still encouraged enough to remain with their program.

Hearts = Sit Ups: Diamonds = Media Ups: Scoops = Leg squats and Groups = Phase Ups.

Again we are looking at both real and mental aspects here: Let’s take the example of 10 of Hearts=10 Sit ups; followed by 8 of Diamonds= 8 Media Ups; 9 of Spades= Meaning 9 squats then 8 of Hearts= getting down on the earth again for the Sit Ups. Very strenuous for the normal health associate.
Finally, we look at the ways we can create the procedure more examining as health improves:
- Improve the concentration of the workouts conducted by (a) modifying the body location of the training (b) including loads to the workouts.
- Reduce the relax times between the workouts.
- Improve the rate of the workouts.
